We also use various engineering resin for our medical injection molding that offers excellent mechanical properties including high tensile strength to resist breakage, and high-temperature load ratings to avoid deformation due to heat exposure during the sterilization process.
Our Process Control
Plastics are incredibly versatile. There are thousands of types available to satisfy a myriad of medical applications.
The medical-grade plastic materials used for making injection molding have high molecular weight, feature chemical & has heat resistant properties.
When approaching production for Medical plastic it’s important that we use scientific molding skills, material science knowledge, and the ability to solve issues, specialized engineers design robust and repeatable processes that consistently deliver top-quality parts with high tolerances. This approach results in much higher repeatability and at least 10 times greater process control compared to traditional molding methods.
An example is the use of Moldflow simulation and analysis during the design phase provides multiple benefits: higher quality parts, optimized cycle times, and fewer tooling trials. The process uses a sophisticated computer program to analyze and predict the flow and cooling of plastic during all phases of the injection molding process.
Since there are different levels of analytical software available, selecting the right one for a project is as important as interpreting the data for successful results.

STERLIX® Adhesive PCR Plate Sealer Film
STERLIX® adhesive PCR plate sealer films are used to accurately seal PCR reaction plates. the film avoids any chances of sample evaporation during the thermocycling process or storage.
High transparency of film allows for sample inspection while the film is intact.
STERLIX adhesive PCR plate sealer film can be easily peeled off to access the sample, special adhesive formulation leaves no sticky residue behind.
